The Management Consulting Institute (MCI) is a non-profit organization that engages in the development, adoption and use of globally accepted, industry-leading knowledge and practices for management consulting. We provide training that incorporates tools and techniques to develop and improve structured thinking, effective communication, problem solving and decision making.
